How do I create a research profile?
Go to Get Started and choose "Create your Research Profile", or register and fill out your profile from Talent > Edit Profile.
How do spaces work?
Spaces can be open (join instantly) or require approval from an admin. Create one from the Space page, or join an existing one to start posting and messaging members.
How do I post an opportunity?
From the Opportunities page, click the + button to open the create form. Fill in the role details, benefits, and how applicants should reach you.
Is Resoro free to use?
Yes. Every account starts on a free plan with limited access. The Talent (£6/month) or Organisation (£30/month) plan unlocks the full platform; the Space (£12/month) and Opportunity (£36 one-time) add-ons can be bought on their own - see the Plans page.
How do I cancel or update my card?
Open Plans and choose "Manage billing". Cancelling stops the next renewal; your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for.
Can I get a refund?
There are no automatic refunds. Contact support@resoro.world and we'll review your case.
